My mission is that God would place words in my writing that it will speak life to any dead situation. I am writing to build. I am writing to become FREE. I am writing for God to purge my thoughts.

Before this day ends, a day that meant the world to me, I want to share a moment of reflection. For the last 3 years, I have decided to suffer in silence. When the time is right, I definitely have a lot to say about what I have been through. Today is a day I never have been able to celebrate but first time. And I am struggling. Some would say it’s my cocoon phase of the journey. I was encouraged to write about today. Though the battle and struggles are fought daily and as ugly as it feels, I celebrate ALICIA. I celebrate ME because there were times I fainted under pressure. I celebrate ME because daily my mind is in a tail spin. I celebrate ME because I have pressed forward in confusion and doubt. I celebrate ME because although I have been rocked, knocked down, and shook but out of abundance of my heart I speak greatness and LIFE. This cocoon stage is teaching and preparing me to reclaim my identity and soon I will re-learn who I AM. I celebrate Me because my value is no longer held in anyone but God’s hands. I celebrate Me because I rest in His peace. Today is MY DAY. I will forever celebrate ME on 8/18. I yell to the end of my storm and cocoon stage, that this pain I feel cannot compare to the JOY that is coming. My forever blessings begin today! I will remember God because has given me power, power of wealth, power to live, power to laugh while my heart is heavy, POWER! Listen carefully and remember my testimony, I am writing and here because I am the signs and wonders set for success!
